“War…. War never changes,” Peter said on an overly deep voice mimicking Fallout. He gave a sheepish grin not that it could be seen under his mask. “I mean… It’s not wrong?”

“Maybewe would have nothing to do if there was no war. But at least, there would be no unnecessary death nor unnecessary periods of overpopulation.” James pointed, as he kept on checking the weapon. “Thing is, for what I’ve seen in the universe, every single sentient being wars for control and space. I don’t know if calling it a survival instinct by now, but I wished there was no such an  instinct.”
